Using LiveLinkVault
LiveLinkVault is an independent website for following YouTube channels, keeping stream links organized, and receiving requested notifications. By checking the acceptance box during signup, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.

Use a nickname
Create an account with a user ID and password. Your real name and email address are not required. We do not verify account email addresses. You may optionally add contact information for email or text features. Only provide addresses and numbers you control.

Automatic history emails
When you add or change an email address, automatic history-export emails are enabled. We attempt to send a CSV containing affected saved links during the three days before their deletion deadline. This is separate from optional livestream alerts. You can turn history emails off in Live alerts or use an email's stop-alerts link. Delivery is not guaranteed. Always use Download history if the information matters to you.

The 30-day data limit
YouTube API data must be refreshed or removed within 30 days. We remove stored stream records 30 days after their last successful eligible refresh, or their discovery if they have never been refreshed. A private, deleted, or unavailable video may no longer be refreshable. Its deadline may be less than 30 days after we notice the change. Restored accessible data may be refreshed and its deadline extended. Download your saved links before the displayed deadline if you want a copy. We do not store videos; neither an export nor an old link restores unavailable content.

No advertising trackers
The supplied website has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, third-party fonts, or embedded videos. Essential cookies keep you logged in and protect forms. Security rate limits and hosting access logs may still exist. This is not a guarantee of complete anonymity. Visiting YouTube or using email/text providers is subject to their policies.

Security and recovery
Authenticator-app two-step verification is optional. Keep your user ID, password, and recovery codes safe. Recovery codes can restore access, so treat them like passwords. Without a password or unused recovery code, there is no guaranteed way to recover an account. No email address is required for two-step verification.

Respectful use
Do not impersonate others, misuse notifications, harass creators, submit malicious content, or access accounts without authorization. Administrators may remove inappropriate data, hide channels, limit use, or suspend accounts. Members share channel histories; personal followed-channel lists and contact details are not published.

Availability and self-service support
The user manual is the only support resource. We provide no support inbox, live chat, or individual technical assistance. Monitoring and messages can be delayed, missed, limited, or unavailable. We do not guarantee uptime, delivery, discovery of every stream, or a particular audience size. The service does not create fake viewers or run automatic background playback.

Third-party services
YouTube restrictions still apply. Using YouTube API features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Text features, when enabled, use the configured provider and require number verification and separate consent. Carrier charges may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts.

Your choices
Manage notification settings, download your link history, enable or disable two-step verification, or delete your account from My vault. Deleting your account removes your personal settings and contact information. Shared channel history remains only within the applicable data-retention window and is not associated with you as a follower.
